The camera part of this app works well. Easy to connect and save pictures from... BUT... the app itself has a lot of bugs. I had to uninstall all of my other android launchers because it kept wanting me to choose one. Now after I'm done with using the app, I have to force stop it or it will freeze my phone up and cause random crashes. I am returning the camera and searching for a more reliable one.

When I first received the NE3 wireless ear cleaning tool it connected to my phone and worked great. Until I had to switch phones and since then it hasn't connected to any of them. Not even the original phone. The app acknowledges that it has bugs and the developers still haven't fixed them. My suggestion is don't waste your money. I'm extremely disappointed that there is no response from customer service or anyone either.

The product is good however, there were I few minor complications that were confusing that were not clarified on the instructions . Like the wifi, this product uses there own WiFi to connect,NOT your own. I'm not sure if the camera was meant to be inverted but it was, which made It confusing to Co-ordinate my hands, but again it might just be me. Overrally the camera is clear, didn't take much time for me to set up and functions pretty good!
